The annual rankings give investors an up-to-date picture of some of the most prominent and well-regarded thought-leaders and legal practices across the region.

Likewise, Partner Etienne Laumonier is recognized in ‘Band 3’, with Chambers & Partners noting his “impressive track record of advising clients on complex cross-border transactions.”
APFL & Partners is also recognized for its expertise in Dispute Resolution. Chambers & Partners notes that the firm has an experienced team, with “particular strength in handling both domestic and international arbitration” covering a range of issues including finance, real-estate, and the enforcement of arbitral awards in Vietnam.
Hanoi Partner Bernadette Fahy is chosen for particular recognition, with the Chambers guide highlighting that “she has a solid track record as an arbitration counsel.” It goes on to emphasize that market sources note that “she has a good and thorough understanding of local and international matters.”
Meanwhile, APFL & Partners was ranked in ‘Band 3’ for its work in banking & finance and for corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. It comes just a week after all four Partners at APFL & Partners were recognized in the Asia Business Law Journal’s annual ‘A-List’, continuing a strong showing for the firm in international legal rankings in 2021.
