APFL Maintains Strong International Recognition with Chambers and Partners
APFL & Partners has been recognised in the 2024 Chambers and Partners Asia-Pacific Legal Guide.
Following a strong showing in other international rankings (such as the Asia Law Awards, IFLR, Legal 500, and the Asia Business Law Journal), this latest positive recognition is testament to our hard-earned reputation as one of the leading international law firms in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
APFL & Partners was awarded ‘Band 3’ in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions as well as Dispute Resolution in the 2024 guide. Our team has decades of experience in these areas. For instance, in M&A, we have advised on the EUR 1 billion sale of a retail chain – one of the largest M&A deals ever recorded in Vietnam. Likewise, in Dispute Resolution, we have acted for a consortium of international lenders on a USD 600 million loan granted to a Vietnamese State-owned Enterprise.
