Arnaud Bourrut-Lacouture is a highly experienced corporate lawyer who has practiced in three jurisdictions: Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City), France (Paris) and Singapore. He is the Managing Partner of both LPA Singapore, which he co-founded in 2018, and APFL Partners in Vietnam, overseeing the Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi offices.
Before co-founding LPA Singapore, Arnaud spent four years at a Singapore Tier 1 law firm, Stamford Law Corporation, which later merged with the U.S. firm Morgan Lewis & Bockius. There, he led a Francophone and Vietnamese/Indochina desk and was promoted to partner.Arnaud has extensive experience advising multinational companies on their expansion and projects in ASEAN. He provides legal guidance to clients for their cross-border investment programs with a particular focus on structuring transactions involving multinational assets and advising on venture capital deals, especially in the technology sector. With a deep understanding of the Asian market, he has successfully advised European clients on numerous transactions in Singapore, Vietnam, and the broader Indochina region.
Arnaud holds a law degree from the University of Paris XII and a business management degree from EDHEC business school.
