APFL Promotes Three Senior Associates to Of Counsel Effective from 1 July 2022
APFL & Partners is delighted to announce the promotion of three Senior Associates to Of Counsel in our Vietnam offices.
- Tran Long is based in our Hanoi office and is a member of the Hanoi Bar. A graduate of Hanoi Law University, he specialises in real estate law, corporate law, and contract law. He has particular expertise in M&A transactions.
- Tran Trong Binh is based in our Hanoi office and a member of the Hanoi Bar. A graduate of the College of Law, Hanoi National University, he is a specialist in corporate law, labour law, M&A, dispute resolution and arbitration and hotel management sector.
- Christophe Cougnaud is based in our Hanoi office and is a member of the Paris Bar. A graduate of Cergy-Pontoise and London South Bank universities, he specialises in providing practical advice on the legal aspects of commercial agreements to Vietnamese and international clients across a wide range of sectors and industries. He has particular expertise in risks analysis and dispute resolution on construction projects (EPC, FIDIC), and in labour law.
