In particular, our lawyers advised Casino on the sale of Big C Vietnam for an enterprise value of €1 billion (among the largest M&A deals in Vietnam’s history) to Central Group, one of the main family-owned conglomerates in Thailand.

The leading Australian building materials supplier in Vietnamese law aspects of a transaction to form an expanded joint venture in Asia with its German competitor for a total investment of more than US$400 million;
The world-leader in the ride-hailing sector in the sale of its Vietnam and Myanmar businesses in exchange for a minority stake in the purchaser’s holding;
An international investment bank in the subscription of US$ denominated convertible bonds in a prominent listed infrastructure company (two tranches for a total value of over US$45 million). Besides the legal and administrative aspects of the subscription itself (the first of its kind), this transaction involved the review of various PPP, BOT, BOO contracts;
A leading European insurer in relation to the purchase of a minority shareholding in the second-largest insurance company listed on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange;
