Antoine is a partner based in Hanoi and a member of the Paris bar. He has 10 years of professional experience in Vietnam and South East Asia. His main practice areas are corporate/ mergers and acquisitions, real estate and property development and projects and energy.
Antoine holds a Post-Graduate Degree in International Private Law and International Business Law from Paris Panthéon-Assas University. Before joining APFL Partners in 2013, he worked in the litigation and arbitration department of a prominent British law firm in Paris.
Antoine has advised clients on a number of major transactions in Vietnam and South East Asia, including the world leader in the ride-hailing sector in the sale of its Vietnam and Myanmar businesses.
His main practice areas include corporate/ mergers and acquisitions, real estate and property development, and projects and energy. He also has experience in advising clients on a variety of labour and employment matters.
Antoine acts as the “Avocat Conseil” of the French embassy in Vietnam, a prestigious legal counsel role to the embassy.
From 2017 to 2021, he acted as chairman of the Legal Sector Committee of the European Chamber of Commerce (EuroCham).
He teaches international investment law to French and French-speaking students in a Master 2 (post-graduate) program jointly delivered by three French universities (Bordeaux, Lyon III and Toulouse I) and the National University of Hanoi.
