Lan is Senior Legal Counsel (since 1 September 2022) based in Ho Chi Minh City and a member of the Ho Chi Minh City bar. Her main practice areas are banking and finance, capital markets and corporate/mergers and acquisitions.
Senior Legal Counsel since 1 September 2022 and a member of the Ho Chi Minh City bar, Lan graduated from Panthéon-Assas Paris II (Advanced Specialised Degree in Business Law – DEA). Prior to joining APFL & Partners, she practised as an associate in Vovan & Associés and a senior associate at Gide Loyrette Nouel in Ho Chi Minh City. Her particular areas of expertise are banking and finance, capital markets and corporate/mergers and acquisitions. She has been involved on behalf of five Vietnamese producers/exporters in a footwear anti-dumping case initiated by the European Commission. She has also notably advised a leading international investment bank in relation to the proposed international public offering (secondary listing) of a Vietnamese listing issuer on the Singapore Stock Exchange. She participated in the preparation of offering documentation and prospectuses.
