Of Counsel and member of the Hanoi bar, Long has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and in the real estate sector. He has worked on a large number of M&A transactions related to real estate acquisition in Vietnam.
He has also assisted clients in a number of long-term leases for retail facilities operation as well as management contracts for hotel properties.
He has particular experience advising clients on Vietnam-related matters in cross-border M&A transactions in retail and construction material production arm involving Vietnamese assets.
